(Hina) - The European Commission's Vice President
and Justice Commissioner never comments on specific cases in the
judiciary nor has she welcomed a non-final ruling of a Croatian court
okaying the extradition of Josip Perkovic to Germany, a source from
the EC told Hina on Monday.
