(Hina) - MOL management board chairman Zsolt Hernadi
has filed a constitutional complaint against Croatia after last autumn
this country issued a European warrant for his arrest as well as an
Interpol warrant on suspicion that he bribed former Croatian prime
minister Ivo Sanader in order to make sure that the Hungarian oil and
gas company would be granted the management rights in its Croatian
peer INA.
