BELGRADE, Jan 13
(Hina) - The establishment of a Community of Serb
Municipalities in Kosovo, which is part of the Brussels Agreement of
April 2013, is seriously threatened and will be delayed after the
newly-elected mayor of the northern, predominantly Serb-populated part
of Kosovska Mitrovica, Krstimir Pantic, and a group of town
councillors refused to sign declarations on assuming their posts,
which is most likely to lead to a repeated election in the town's
northern part.
