ZAGREB, 3 Feb (Hina) - The director of the Navigation Safety Directorate at the Ministry of the Sea, Siniša Orlić, said on Monday an investigation into the deaths of three sailors on board the Lastovo ferry concluded that Jadrolinija’s safety management system was not fully implemented and was "highly, highly inadequate."
