ZAGREB, 22 Sept (Hina) - Over 3,000 members of 62 folklore troupes passed through the streets of the eastern city of Vinkovci on Sunday as part of the 59th Vinkovci Autumn Festival parade, presenting the regions they come from through song and dance.
The parade, opened by Mayor Ivan Bosančić, was several kilometres long and was watched by thousands of spectators who enjoyed the richness of traditional clothes, songs and dances by folklore troupes which came from all over Croatia and the diaspora.
The parade is the main event of the festival and takes place on its last day. This year's festival was held on 13-22 September.
