ZAGREB, 30 Aug (Hina) - At the 18th Middle European Mathematical Olympiad, Patrik Cvetek, a student from the Electrical Engineering School in Split, won first place and a gold medal, while in the individual part of the competition, Croatia ranked second out of ten countries, the Croatian Mathematical Society said on Friday.
