Dobrašin won the first prize for his submission titled "Students are trying to revive the ports of the Adriatic-Ionian region with ideas", which was described by judges as a concrete and efficient contribution to fostering a better understanding and interest in EUSAIR and macro-regional cooperation.
The EUSAIR contest, running from June 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, acknowledges outstanding contributions that promote awareness about the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region and its role in regional development.
EUSAIR covers ten countries - EU members Croatia, Greece, Italy and Slovenia, as well as Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino and Serbia.
The second contest prize went to RTV Slovenia reporter Dino Subašić and the third again to Dobrašin, for his article "Croatia takes over the presidency of EU Adriatic-Ionian Strategy today".
