ZAGREB, 21 Oct (Hina) - A government representative on Friday rejected an amendment by the Green-Left Bloc to the Consumer Loans Bill to prevent the sale of consumer loans to debt collection agencies or individuals who do not give consumers the same level of protection as financial institutions.
