ZAGREB, 3 Oct (Hina) - Bosnian Croat leader Dragan Čović said on Sunday Bosniaks' imposing Željko Komšić as the Croat member of the BiH Presidency was detrimental to BiH, and he welcomed the High Representative's decision to amend the election law but noted that it did not implement a ruling on legitimate representation.
