ZAGREB, 12 Sept (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency member Željko Komšić has said Croatian President Zoran Milanović should not have insisted on a declaration on BiH mentioning its constituent peoples and legitimate political representation, while Presidency member Milorad Dodik has said Komšić negates the BiH Constitution.
