Milunic, an architect born in Zagreb in 1941, developed his professional career in Prague to which he moved with his parents when he was 15. Milunic is best know for his design of the "Dancing House " in the Czech capital city. He together with architect Frank Gehry designed that landmark of Prague. The building, which has also the nickname "Fred and Ginger", is located on the Rasin Embankment in Prague.
The Croatian-Czech Society says in a press release, issued on Saturday, that at the attendance at the decoration-bestowing ceremony hosted by Ambassador Ljiljana Pancirov were the dean of the Faculty of Architecutre in Prague, Ladislav Labus and the chairman of the association of Czech architects, Oleg Haman.
