ZAGREB, Feb 14 (Hina) - Rulings handed down by the Court of Justice of the European Union are binding for all member states of the Union and they should comply with them, Croatia's Foreign and European Affairs Ministry says in its response to a verdict which the Luxembourg-based court delivered in connection with the case involving a Croatian national and Raiffeisenbank.
