ZAGREB, Jan 17 (Hina) - All the 28 member-states of the European Union have undertaken to terminate all bilateral investment treaties within the EU, and a majority have undertaken to take measures so as to ensure that the Energy Charter Treaty can no longer be used as a basis for arbitration, but Hungary is not among them, as Budapest launched arbitration proceedings in the INA-MOL case in Washington based on that charter.
