ZAGREB, Feb 13 (Hina) - Speaking at the second Croatian Radio Forum on Wednesday, Minister of Culture Nina Obuljen Korzinek said that the basic guidelines of the new media strategy are related to all sections of media policy, including a review of the institutional framework and that the main features included investing in quality journalism, managing ownership concentration and new phenomena that are related to new types of consuming the media.
