The Commercial Court in Zagreb within the Extraordinary Administration Procedure over debtor AGROKOR d.d., Zagreb (City of Zagreb) Marijana Čavića 1 and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, issued the Decision on 01 March 2018 in which states that the claim in the amount of HRK 6,360,291.57 of creditor ZAGREBAČKA BANKA d.d., Trg bana Josipa Jelačića 10 to the Issuer, which was previously disputed by ADRIS GRUPA d.d. Rovinj, Vladimira Nazora 1 is confirmed due to the revoke made by ADRIS GRUPA d.d. Rovinj.
