The festival will open with a performance by Croatian veteran blues, rock and jazz singer Zdenka Kovacicek, backed by the Greenhouse Blues Band.
Also performing will be prominent US blues singer Angela Brown, the Big Steam Band, the Crossroad Blues Band from Macedonia, Croatia's Soul Fingers and Luciano Cianci, Italian singer and guitarist Mike Sponza, and the Croatian band Sunnysiders.
The main event of the festival will be the premiere of a documentary film about American blues guitarist and singer "Philadelphia" Jerry Ricks who spent the final months of his life in Kastav.
Admission to all events is free.
