Those who know the amount of their gross salary must have asked themselves if they would be able to manage their money in a better way than the state does, with the difference between the net salary and the gross amount an employer pays per employee being rather high, MojPosao says.
"I'm not sure that I will get my pension allowance and I have to provide for myself," a respondent said. Another one said that if he received a gross salary he would pay the contributions he chose to pay, and not the ones chosen by the state.
"Otherwise, it makes no sense to pay the contributions," he said.
Yet another respondent said that everyone should choose how much to pay for health and pension insurance.
Twenty-six percent of respondents said that they would like to continue receiving net salaries and that any other solution would only cause problems. "Gross salaries, no way. People do not meet their financial obligations regularly anyway, and with gross salaries the problems would only escalate," said a respondent.
