ZAGREB, June 3 (Hina) - Failure to implement the ruling of the arbitral tribunal dealing with the Croatia-Slovenia border dispute within six months could cause incidents and conflicts and compromise the moral authority of the founders of the Brdo-Brijuni Process, Slovenian President Borut Pahor said on Saturday, while Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic insisted that the international arbitration in the two countries' border dispute had been compromised and that they could settle the dispute bilaterally.
