ZAGREB, June 3 (Hina) - Croatia and Slovenia on Saturday stuck by their entirely opposed views regarding border arbitration proceedings that Croatia has walked out of while Slovenia keeps insisting that Croatia must comply with a decision to be made by a tribunal in charge of their border dispute that has been burdening the two countries' relations since they declared independence in the 1990s.
