ZAGREB, March 28 (Hina) - The sentences handed down by the Trial Chamber in the case of six wartime Bosnian Croat political and military leaders are not commensurate with the gravity of the crimes with which they are charged and constitute an abuse of discretion by the Trial Chamber, the prosecution said at an appeal hearing before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in The Hague on Tuesday.
