ZAGREB, March 3 (Hina) - A former prosecutor of the UN war crimes tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Sir Geoffrey Nice, has said that the request forwarded from Sarajevo for a review of the 2007 International Court of Justice (OCJ) ruling exonerating Serbia from genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been poorly prepared and that the status of Bosnia and Herzegovina's legal agent Sakib Softic before the ICJ is questionable.
