ZAGREB, Jan 9 (Hina) - The Roman Catholic Bishop of Banja Luka, Franjo Komarica, has said that in spite of demonstrating its good will to help the Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia has not managed to define an efficient strategy of assistance to them because assistance is directed only at some parts of the country.
