ZAGREB, Dec 13 (Hina) - European Union member states have accepted Croatia's proposal that, within the necessary reform of Bosnia and Herzegovina's election legislation, it is necessary to honour the equality of the three constituent peoples and all citizens of that country, Croatia's Foreign Minister Davor Ivo Stier said in Brussels on Tuesday after a meeting of the General Affairs Council dedicated to the European Union's enlargement.
