ZAGREB, Dec 22 (Hina) - At the end of 2016 Bosnia and Herzegovina has reason for optimism as well as for concern because of the challenges that lie ahead, however, obligations that have been assumed must be met and politicians must stop looking for excuses for the lack of necessary progress, the international community's High Representative in the country, Valentin Inzko, said on Thursday.
