ZAGREB, Nov 4 (Hina) - An attorney for Djuro Matuzovic, a former officer of the Croatian Defence Council (HVO) arrested on war crimes charges with nine other former Bosnian Croat fighters, on Friday dismissed speculation that his client would defend himself by shifting responsibility onto the Croatian Army, stressing that under an agreement between Croatia and Bosnia, Croatian Army units had fought lawfully to defend the neighbouring country from the Serbian aggression.
