BRUSSELS, Oct 23 (Hina) - The aim of the meeting of the leaders of the countries on the Western Balkan migrant route, which European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker convened for Sunday, is to improve cooperation between the countries along the route because national solutions are not possible for the migrant crisis, only collective ones, and European Union member states cannot blame their neighbours, EC spokesman Margaritis Schinas said on Friday.
