BRUSSELS, Sept 25 (Hina) -The European Commission (EC) has been advised of the appointment of two new to the arbitration tribunal tasked with settling the Croatia-Slovenia border dispute and urges dialogue between the two neighbours in a bid to find a joint solution, the Commission's spokesman Danile Rosario said on Friday.
