LJUBLJANA, Aug 27 (Hina) - Slovenian Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec said on Thursday Slovenia was not making an issue out of the secretly recorded conversations between Slovenian representatives which caused an arbitration scandal, so that it would not jeopardise the arbitration process on the Croatian-Slovenian border dispute.
