ZAGREB, Sept 15 (Hina) - The parliamentary finance committee on Tuesday upheld government-sponsored bills aimed at resolving the question of debtors with loans pegged to the Swiss franc, but Croatian Banking Association (HUB) chairman Zoran Bohacek warned that the banks have a legal mechanism by means of which they can immediately, without going to court, claim damages from Croatia, which the government has estimated at around 7 billion kuna.
