ZAGREB, Sept 10 (Hina) - The proposed amendments to laws on consumer lending and credit institutions which the government has sent to parliament to solve the issue of Swiss franc loans are entirely unacceptable, unjustified and legally untenable, the Croatian Banking Association (HUB) said on Thursday.
