ZAGREB, Aug 27 (Hina) - The Public Administration Ministry said on Thursday that it had received a note from Vukovar's Serb National Minority Council, which claims the amended city statute clashes with the constitution and the law, announcing that it would suspend the application of the statutory decision on bilingualism within eight days if it found that it was unconstitutional or unlawful.
