ZAGREB, June 30
(Hina) - Justice Minister Orsat Miljenic said on
Tuesday that the government was inclined to accept the same amendments
moved by the opposition HDZ and Labour Party which asked that the
government remove from its amendments to the Act on Contractual
Relations the possibility of increasing the maximum interest rate,
from the current 12% to 12.21%, for contracts which did not set a
specific interest rate.
