Parliament had advertised eight vacancies in the secretariat, library, registry office, protocol and the office for international and European affairs as part of a youth training programme.
Candidates were required to have a degree, computer skills and to speak a foreign language.
Applicants were eligible if they had less than 12 months working experience and the eight successful candidates will work for a period of one year and receive an allowance of HRK 2,400 per month.
The successful candidates are expected to start their jobs by the end of March, parliament's public relations office said for Hina.
As there is currently a ban on hiring in the state administration, not one of the eight trainees will remain in their jobs after the year of training has expired.
