(Hina) - In the case of the International Court of
Justice (ICJ) ruling that says that no genocide was committed in
Croatia, Croatia has nonetheless profited because the ICJ has
objectively determined "who is guilty and who started it all", and it
is now up to national judiciaries to cooperate in investigations and
trials so that culprits are brought to justice, Vesna Crnic Grotic
said on Saturday.
