before the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia
(ICTY) Luka Misetic on Tuesday expressed his satisfaction with the
judgement passed by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the
Croatia-Serbia genocide case because it determines the intent of
Serbia and rebel Serb leaders to create a Greater Serbia.
