(Hina) - War crimes committed in the eastern Croatian
city of Vukovar and the surrounding area from the start of armed
conflicts to the city's fall on 18 November 1991 have only been
partially investigated and prosecuted, the nongovernmental
organisation Documenta has said, recalling that around 350 people gone
missing in the area of Vukovar remain unaccounted for.
