ZAGREB, June 26
(Hina) - The Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK) said
on Thursday the takeover of the Slovenian retail chain Mercator by
Croatia's Agrokor concern would strengthen Agrokor's role on the
regional market and that the merger would result in new quality and
benefits for both the Croatian and Slovenian economies.
