ZAGREB, June 17
(Hina) - Lawyer Anto Nobilo, who represents Josip
Perkovic, on Tuesday insisted that the indictment issued against his
client in Germany for planning and preparing the 1983 murder of
Yugoslav dissident Stjepan Djurekovic, was unfounded as it was based
on a false testimony by witness Vinko Sindicic, an operative of
Yugoslav secret services.
