ZAGREB, June 16
(Hina) - Economy Minister Ivan Vrdoljak, who heads
Croatia's team in the negotiations with Hungary's MOL on the future
management of the biggest Croatian oil and gas company INA, has stated
that the negotiations will be resumed and that Croatia's position at
those talks has been reinforced by a final judgement by the Supreme
Court against former Prime Minister Ivo Sanader for the bribes he took
from MOL to secure for it majority management rights in its Croatian
peer.
