ZAGREB, April 7
(Hina) - The lawyer for former Yugoslav and Croatian
secret agent Zdravko Mustac on Monday lodged an appeal against a
ruling of the Varazdin County Court to endorse Mustac's extradition to
Germany where he is wanted for aiding and abetting the murder of
Croatian dissident Stjepan Djurekovic near Munich in 1983.
