ZAGREB, April 1
(Hina) - An indictment which USKOK, Croatia's
Serious Fraud Office, has raised against the Hungarian MOL company's
CEO, Zsolt Hernadi, was forwarded to the Zagreb County Court on
Tuesday, and if it upholds the indictment, the court will try the
Hungarian executive in absentia, the court's spokesman Kresimir Devcic
said on Tuesday.
