ZAGREB, March 28
(Hina) - The Parliament's Credentials and
Privileges Commission (MIP) will on Monday discuss a motion by the
Office of the Chief State Prosecutor (DORH) that a Social Democratic
Party (SDP) member and Mayor of Vukovar, Zeljko Sabo, be stripped of
immunity from criminal prosecution so that DORH could press charges
against him on the suspicion that he unlawfully took funds raised to
send children from Vukovar to spend summer holidays on the coast.
