ZAGREB, Feb 17
(Hina) - The Zagreb County Court president on Monday
turned down as unfounded the request by the former Prime Minister and
leader of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party, Ivo Sanader, to
exclude from his trial in the Fimi Media case Judge Ivana Calic, who
is presiding the panel of judges in this case.
