(Hina) - The Supreme Court's ruling in the Zdravko
Mustac extradition case which enables the family of Communist-era
Yugoslav dissident Stjepan Djurekovic to be a party to proceedings
regarding Germany's request for the handover of Mustac, a former
Yugoslav secret agent, is "a mini revolution in the understanding of
rights in Croatia", the lawyer for Djurekovic's widow, Sinisa
Pavlovic, said on Monday.
