Supreme Court quashes ruling refusing Mustac's extradition

ZAGREB, March 7 (Hina) - The Croatian Supreme Court has upheld an appeal by the Djurekovic family and quashed a ruling by the Velika Gorica County Court which in January refused to hand over to German authorities former Yugoslav intelligence chief Zdravko Mustac for suspected involvement in the murder of Stjepan Djurekovic, and returned the case to the court to reconsider it, a spokesperson for the Velika Gorica court said on Friday.
