BELGRADE, Feb 25
(Hina) - Croatia's Minister of Foreign and European
Affairs, Vesna Pusic, said during her visit to Belgrade on Monday that
the present governments of Serbia and Croatia were not responsible for
war crimes committed during the 1991-1995 war and that the
responsibility for what had happened during the war lay with the two
countries' leaderships at the time.
