(Hina) - The management of the Mirna fish
factory will lodge an appeal with relevant institutions against a
decision by the Financial Agency's (FINA) Settlement Council to stop
pre-bankruptcy settlement proceedings in Mirna, the management and the
Geneza company said in a joint statement on Tuesday.
