BRUSSELS, Jan 8
(Hina) - The European Commission does not wish to
comment on the Zagreb County Court's decision pending appeal to grant
the extradition of Josip Perkovic to Germany, saying on Wednesday it
did not wish to comment on individual cases and that its role was to
make sure that the laws in member countries were aligned with European
legislation and to monitor the enforcement of said laws.
