(Hina) - Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic on Friday
commented on the latest downgrade on Croatia's credit rating, saying
that despite resistance, his government was adopting changes and that
it was not moving amendments to the Labour Act to "humiliate someone
or shroud them in mourning" but because Croatia needed them.
