ZAGREB, Jan 24
(Hina) - Following the latest downgrade of Croatia's
credit rating, two economic experts -- Zeljko Lovrincevic and Ante
Babic -- said that Croatia should now either apply the rules from the
European Union's Excessive Deficit Procedure or seek help from the
International Monetary Fund (IMF).
